Definition

Here you determine the settings for a planning function. The appearance of the detail screen depends on the planning function and on the fields you selected when you defined the planning function. The following schema applies:

1. If fields were selected for conditions, you must first maintain the conditions. With some planning functions (such as type "distribution with reference data"), you can maintain all other settings here too.
2. From here, choose Detail to get to a table where you maintain the fields of the values that are to be changed. When distributing by key, the table, in which you enter the values for the characteristic you are distributing to and also the key, is ready for input.
3. If reference data is required, you can also enter the values for the reference characteristics on the detail screen. Generally, you can only enter one value for the reference data.
4. All other technical settings are to be maintained here also. For example, when copying, you can indicate here if existing key figure values are to be overwritten or added.
