Documentation
Definition
Indicates whether the validity period is checked when prices are updated.
Use
During price updates, the system checks whether the validity period from which the price originates has been exceeded. You can suppress this check.
You have the following options:
- If you do not select the indicator, the prices are not updated in all selected documents but only in those documents in which a new validity period has been reached.
- If you do select the indicator, the prices are updated in all selected documents without the validity period being checked.
This makes sense, for instance, if you have changed the conditions collectively using general condition maintenance (that is, independently of the document) and you want these changes to be adopted in documents.
