Definition
Texts and attributes for master data can be stored time-dependent in BW. For such master data you can specify a key date here, with which the master data is accessed. The system delivers those attribute values and texts, which are valid on the specified key date. If no key date is specified, it is read with the current date.
Master data is accessed time-dependent:
- To read clear texts on characteristic values
- To read attributes to display in the planning layout or for characteristic relationships
- With the function ATRV in planning functions of the type "Formula"
