Definition

You can filter which budgets are displayed in the monitor by comparing the current planned budget value (stored in the InfoCube) with the last released value (stored in the transactional ODS of the budget type). Select one of the following checkboxes:

  • Released value is equal to planned value
  • Released value is not equal to planned value, but within the tolerance
  • Released value is not equal to planned value, and exceeds tolerance
  • Planned value never has never been released so far

Use

Select at least one checkbox to filter the relevant budgets. You can define the tolerance in Customizing for the budget type. If you want to monitor planned budgets that have not yet been released, you must also enter a planning version to determine the unique combination of characteristics in the InfoCube.

Dependencies

The following icons appear in the budget monitor:

@5B@    Released value is equal to planned value

@5D@     Released value is not equal to planned value, but within the tolerance

@5C@    Released value is not equal to planned value, and exceeds tolerance

@BZ@    Planned value never has never been released so far
