Definition
The conversion factor for converting the sales units of a target quantity (in an outline agreement) into base units of measure.
Example
1 box <-> 10 pcs. In this case, you sell the material in boxes, but your basic stockkeeping unit (the base unit) is pieces.
Procedure
The system automatically proposes the conversion factor from the material master record. You can change the conversion factor manually in the outline agreement, providing that alternatives are defined in the material master record. If you change the sales unit of the target quantity manually, the system automatically updates the conversion factor.
