Definition
Exchange rate indicator for determining the reference value. The system uses the reference value to calculate currency translation differences.
When you enter '*' as a reference exchange rate indicator, the system determines translation differences using values which already exist in group currency.
Group currency values exist in the system if you use an automatic data transfer method such as realtime update, periodic extract of rollup.
Use
Procedure
Enter an exchange rate indicator or "*". These indicators are freely-definable.
Examples
The spot exchange rate is usually used as the reference exchange rate indicator.
