Documentation
Definition
User attribute that stipulates, for example, that a processor is responsible for the correspondence and evaluations (such as a list of open items) for a customer.
Use
You specify a user role when assigning name intervals for processors. In the standard delivery, this is always user role 01. Different user roles are only necessary when a processor should be assigned that is different to the one defined for role 01. This is done using customer-specific programs under certain prerequisites (for example, account is in execution).
Procedure
Examples
For example, processor 'AA' is responsible for customers A-B. Customer 'Bauer' is in execution. However, executions for customers A-K should be processed by processor 'ZZ'. In this case you require a special program that replaces the user role 01 for processor 'AA' at times with user role 02 and processor 'ZZ'.
