Documentation
Definition
Percentage (based on the order quantity) up to which an overdelivery of this item will be accepted.
Dependencies
If you have set the indicator in the Partial delivery/Item field to 'D' (partial delivery allowed), this takes priority. It makes no sense to define a tolerance limit for overdelivery in such case.
Supplementary Documentation - UEBTO 0001
Dependencies
When you create an info recordfor a material with a material master record at plant level, a value from the master record is suggested.
This value is suggested when a purchase order item or an outline agreement item is created.
Supplementary Documentation - UEBTO 0002
Dependencies
If you enter a value in this field, you cannot enter a value in the field in which you specify unlimited over- or underdeliveries.
Supplementary Documentation - UEBTO 0003
Use
The value is carried over from the sales document. You cannot change the value during delivery processing.
Supplementary Documentation - UEBTO 0004
Use
The system suggests this value when a purchasing info record is created.
If no info record exists, the system also adopts this value in the purchase order, contract, or scheduling agreement.
Supplementary Documentation - UEBTO 0190
Dependencies
If an overdelivery (overage) tolerance has been maintained in the master record (work scheduling area) of the material that is to be manufactured, it appears as the default value in this field when a production order is created.
