Definition
If more than one relationship exists between two entity types, these various relationships must be uniquely identified through the assignment of a relationship role number.
This is done by assigning a single-digit number when the relationship is created.
For example, you should assign the first relationship defined between two entity types the number 1, the second relationship between these entity types the number 2, and so on.
