Definition
When creating original batches, these batches can be inherited from subordinate production levels to the current production order.
Use
This inheriting procedure is only supported for production orders. This means that purchase orders for subcontracting for which an original batch has been created, are not proposed as references. However, you can assign these manually.
The tree display shows this type of original batch as 'Deactivated' if they are already assigned to the production order.
