If this flag is set, the specified anonymous ICF logon data controls the ICF logon data of other logon procedures (for example, X.509, Single Sign-On, Basic Authentication), as well as those for special ICF services.

If this flag is not set, the specified anonymous ICF logon data is only used if the other logon procedures are possible and no anonymous ICF logon procedures are defined for special ICF services.
