Definition
For mortgages, this interest rate reflects the interest rate of the secured receivable. For land charges, however, you can arrange and enter an interest rate which differs from the interest rate for the receivable. If an interest rate has been entered here, the encumbered property also serves as collateral for this interest. The interest for collateral objects can be claimed for a period of up to 4 years.
