Here you can set when the data entered is checked for consistency.
If this field is set, the data is checked after every dialog step (function code triggered). It is sensible to use this in conjunction with the 'mark errors' setting, as then the system marks the fields containing inconsistent data after every dialog step.
If this field is not set, the data is only checked when you choose the check or save functions.
