Definition
The system time zone is needed to interpret the local time of a system and convert it into UTC.
Your daylight saving time MUST begin and end at the same time as the system's (application server).
If you manually switch the platform used between daylight saving time and standard time, you must do so at the times defined in the daylight saving time rules.
