Definition
The high resolution UTC time stamp (10^-7 seconds) shows the date and time with reference to the UTC (Universal Coordinated Time). It is the same as the UTC time stamp, except for the resolution.
The internal structure of the UTC time stamp is subdivided into a date part and a time part in packed number format <YYYYMMDDhhmmssmmmuuun>, with 7 decimal places. The maximum actual resolution depends on the platform used. Typically it is in the uS range.
