Definition
You can specify that time zone Customizing entries (time zones, time zone rules, and daylight saving time rules) can be created but not
deleted.
A deletion in Customizing (time zone, offset relative to UTC, beginning and end of daylight saving time, etc.) may mean that a time stamp can no longer be converted back correctly into the original local time, causing potential slippage of up to 24 hours.
Subsequent deletions in Customizing should therefore be avoided as far as possible, if not forbidden.
