Specifies the technical name of a Customizing transaction for the Individual procedure for residence time determination (retention policy) .

Use

In this field, you can store the technical name of a Customizing transaction you have programmed, with which the system determines the residence time for the archiving or deletion scenarios for the related business object during the analysis. You do not usually need to make an entry in this field. SAP recommends that you only use this field in exceptional cases, if you want to define a very specific residence time that cannot be covered by any of the supplied procedures for residence time determination.
