Definition
If a tax refund is being withheld for an employee, the payroll will take action depending on what is contained in this field:
- ' ' Take no action
The refund will be carried over to the next payroll period.
- 'K' Pay refund withheld
A refund generated and withheld as a result of the employee being on strike will be paid in the next payroll period.
- 'B' Pay all refunds currently held
