Definition

The replacement term is the term with which you want to replace a search term. It can be up to 40 characters long. The last (not blank) character marks the end of a replacement term. A replacement term must be specified.

You must explicitly specify blanks at the end of a replacement term by using inverted commas. An inverted comma should be placed at the beginning of the replacement term (column 1) and at the end. If the inverted comma is part of the replacement term, it must be written twice.
