Definition
Indicates when the discount is to be applied.
- If this indicator is active, the negotiated discount is applied during the reservation process. The discount is applied immediately during the price query in the reservation system, and the price transferred to SAP Travel Planning reflects the discount.
- If this indicator is not active, the standard price is calculated for all reservations. The discount is not applied until year-end settlement between your company and the provider with whom the enterprise-specific discount has been negotiated. At the end of the year, your company will be reimbursed with the total of the discounts on all travel services provided by the provider during the year.
