Procedure
Examples
There is a transnational corporation XYZ Inc. Your organisation is dealing with several units of XYZ across the globe. You can group 3 offices of XYZ located in country P into a single tracking partner.
Now, you can define common policies on pricing, price protection, credit period allowed, or any other, for your dealings with these three offices. You can also perform your periodical appraisal/ analysis of business activity with XYZ at this level, i.e. tracking partner.
