Definition
This field displays the status of a contract which is to be billed, in the course of creating meter reading orders and the entry of meter reading results.
'1' - cannot be billed:
Meter reading orders were created for all registers allocated to the contract. A plausible meter reading result has not yet been entered for at least one of the meter reading orders.
'2' - can be billed:
Plausible meter reading results were entered for all registers allocated to the contract. The contract can be billed.
