Supplementary Documentation - TMART 0002
Use
You can base the deduction begin or deduction end date on a date type that is created, in certain cases, for an employee in the Monitoring of Dates infotype (0019).
The date type then applies together with the other entries that you have made for the deduction interval.
Procedure
Examples
You do not want an Absence Quotas (2006) infotype record to be created for employees until their probationary period is over. Under Deduction begin date, enter End of probationary period as the date type.
You do not want employees to be able to use up their absence quota if they have a temporary work relationship which has ended. Under Deduction end date, enter End of work relationship as the date type.
The infotype records are generated on the basis of the entries for the deduction interval for employees who are not affected by these dates.
