Definition

Entry of the current Payroll Period or entry of another period.

Use

Select the current period or a different period.

  • If you choose Current Period, the following applies:

    The current payroll period is determined from the relevant control record with the Payroll Area. This is the period that is entered in the control record (PA03) for this payroll area as the payroll period, irrespective of the control record status.

    The time frame of this current payroll period is then used for the data and person selection period.

  • If you choose Other Period, the following applies:

    The period entered by you is used for the data and person selection period.
