Definition
This entry field specifies the interval with which the individual shifts of an enhanced requirements record should be repeated.
Example
A division of an enterprise has the following personnel requirement:
- 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - 4 employees
- 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon - 6 employees
- 12:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m. - 5 employees
Specify the raster as follows:
- From 08:00
- To 14:00
- Grid 02:00
- Target 4 (see note below)
By copying the grid you can define the same employee requirements for three different times of the day in one requirements record.
Notes
All of the requirements defined in one grid have the same number of employees (target, minimum and maximum). You can change or modify these separately in the requirements record.
