Definition
Using this field, you specify that different condition items should be used, depending on an amount (for example, account balance).
As a result, different interest rates are valid for certain amount limits. For example:
- 1 % for 0 to 10,000
- 2 % for 10,000 to 50,000
- 3 % for 50,000 to 100,000
The interest for an amount of 65,000 is now calculated as follows:
- Incremental calculation
- The amount is between 50,000 to 100,000 and the interest for the total amount is therefore calculated at 3%.
- Interval calculation
- The amount is divided into partial amounts according to the amount limits, and the interest is therefore calculated as follows:
10,000 at 1 %
40,000 at 2 %
15,000 at 3 %
