Definition
The assignment of an authorization group to a task list enables you to define specific authorization profiles to authorization object F_CLOCO (Authorizations for Closing Cockpit) when defining roles.
By assigning roles to the users in the user master records, you can define exactly which user with the assigned authorization group is allowed to execute which activity for task lists.
Keep in mind that the authorization profiles you define for authorization object F_CLOCO are relevant only to the Web Dynpro-based user interface of Closing Cockpit, and are verified only there.
