Definition
This specifies the credit card key that is transfered to the provider in the booking key (PNR) of the connected reservation system.
Dependencies
An entry in this field is only necessary for the payment method 'credit card (of company)'.
Use
As a rule the format of the credit card key is made up of the provider key, the credit card number, and the 'EXP' ('expiry') key followed by the expiry date of the credit card.

The format of the credit card key depends, however, on the respective provider of the travel service and the country in which the travel service is utilized. Definitive information on the credit card key required here can be obtained from your responsible travel agency or travel center.
Caution
When using the global reservation system SABRE you have to enter, in addition to the credit card, also the Name of holder for guaranteed hotel reservations. For this you add the following to the end of the credit card key: #name of holder (for example, #SAP).
