Documentation

Use

In a standard variant you save a variant for a number of effectivity parameters in order to use them again at a later time.

A standard variant is identified by belonging to an alphanumerichal number range.

Activities

Define a standard variant by selecting Logistics -> Central Functions -> Engineering Change Management -> Environment ->Parameter Effectivity -> Maintain Standard Variant.

When you enter a standard variant in the parameter input dialog box, the system sets the required parameter values automatically.

Name of a standard value assignment. In a standard value assignment you save values for a number of effectivity parameters, to be able to use them again later.
