Definition

A group of technical operations includes several transactions from device management or customer service for which meter reading results have to be entered for individual registers.

The date conventions for these meter reading results must be treated in the same way in each of these groups.

There are three groups at present:

• REPL Replace Device, Modify Device, Change Logical Register Number
  Two meter reading results are required here.
  The meter reading result with which the old status ends is available [transaction date - 1, 23:59].
  The result with which the new status begins is available [transaction date, 00:00]
• DISC Disconnect, Reconnection
  In Japan, the starting date of the new status is always the operation date. Here too, the meter reading result entered on this date is also entered as [transaction date - 1, 23:59].
  One meter reading is sufficient to divide the old and new statuses.
• RATE Rate dat, Register relationships, Device allocation
  One meter reading is sufficient here too. Here too, it is entered as [transaction date - 1, 23:59 ].
