Definition
Default paragraph of the form. In text entry in the SAPscript editor, a default paragraph is used for text formatting if an asterisk (*) is entered as the paragraph tag.
The following SAPscript objects have been assigned default paragraphs:
forms, form windows and styles.
The default paragraph used in formatting in place of the asterisk is based on the following inheritance schema:
The default paragraph of the style is used initially for texts in the main window. If this has not been defined, the default paragraph of the main window is used, and if both are not defined, the default paragraph of the style.
The default paragraph of the window is used initially for texts in other form windows. If this has not been defined, the default paragraph of the from is used.
It is also possible that a style has not been allocated to a document. In this case, texts in the main window are treated like texts in other windows, and the default paragraph of the form window or form is used.
