Definition

The Display Option defines which fields of a predefined price element are available on the sales document overview screen.

Use

A price element is defined by the following fields:

  • Condition rate (or condition value in case of subtotals)
  • Condition currency (or % in case of percentage conditions)
  • Condition pricing unit
  • Condition unit

The following Display Options are available:

  • Blank
    All fields
  • A
    Only condition rate and currency
  • B
    Only condition rate
    In this case, if necessary, the condition rate will be converted into document currency and per 1 sales unit (Standardization). In case the condition rate is converted, to avoid rounding problems, the system only displays the rate and it cannot be maintained on the sales document overview screen.
