Definition

In cases of automatic or manual determination of a repayment change within the context of a payoff, various combinations can arise that cannot be processed in the simple form of the condition change that is available in the payoff. These combinations can be summarized here under the key word repayment clash.

Repayment clashes are divided into three groups by traffic light icons:

• The creation of a new repayment condition is not possible (red traffic light)
• A corresponding condition item with the same "Effective from " date already exists.
• No repayment condition item is active on the key date, so there is no copy template available for generating a new condition item.
• It is possible to create a new repayment condition, however it is doubtful whether this will give you the required result. You need to check the conditions (yellow traffic light).
• Instalment and annuity repayment exist in parallel.
• The repayment was set up as a scaled condition, so subsequent repayment condition items exist that could falsify the result.
• The creation of a new repayment condition is correct (green traffic light).
