Documentation
Definition
Specifies the four-digit, alphanumeric key of a variable that is used in a formula. These formulas are defined in table AT30.
Use
You must define each variable that is used in a formula. The system updates each variable, record-by-record, on the database table.
Dependencies
You can define variable names in table AT31.
You can predefine each variable with a value in the XWERT
field. This value is displayed as a constant value when you edit the formula.
If you enter the value MIN or MAX in the Variable Name Field (SVARNAME
), you can predefine the minimum and maximum limits for each formula within which the formula results should remain.
