Definition

Indicates the unique description of the communication status of a payoff.

Use

You use this field in Customizing to define the communication statuses for a loan, for example:

• Payoff quote requested by customer
• Payoff quote communicated to customer by telephone
• Payoff quote communicated to customer by mail

You can also use the communication status that you have defined for a payoff quote in Customizing to determine whether this payoff quote can be changed.

Dependencies

If the communication status is changed, the system stores the last change to the communication status for documentation purposes.
