Documentation
Definition
Controls whether the payoff due date is interpreted as the month end in the cash flow calculation.
- If this indicator is set, and you use the interest calculation methods 360/360 and 360E/360, the month end for February is taken as February 30th. As a result, 30 interest days are calculated for the month of February.
- If the indicator is not set, 28 interest days are calculated for February, or 29 in a leap year.
In both cases, the number of interest days is reduced by one if the inclusive indicator is not set.
Dependencies
Note the joint effect of the inclusive indicator, the month-end indicator, and the interest calculation method.
