Documentation
Definition
The early warning control function for a limit type defines how the critical utilization level (crV) is determined for a limit (L) of this limit type. Utilizations in excess of this critical level then trigger a warning.
- No early warning
The traffic light turns red as soon as the internal limit is reached.
- Percentage barrier
For a specified percentage (p), crV = p * L.
You can use the percentage barrier to control the amount (between the external and the internal limit) at which the traffic light should change to yellow.
- External limit
In this case, you enter the critical utilization level directly.
If the external limit is exceeded, the traffic light turns red.
