Definition

Identifies the status of a business operation.

Use

A capital transfer business operation can have the following statuses:

  • Entered
    • The business operation is in a simulation stage. The source loan on which the business operation is based and an existing target loan are not changed. A target loan created in the context of a capital transfer is saved to the database, however, and can be processed using the normal loan master data transactions.
  • Activated
    • The business operation is represented by the source and target loans.
    • All of the changes you have made to the master data and the conditions and any flows created are now visible.
    • If the release procedure is activated, you need to have the capital transfer released beforehand. This is only possible if the source and target loan have been released.
    • You cannot change an activated capital transfer.
  • Posted
    • The flow records generated when you activated the capital transfer are posted.
    • You cannot change a posted capital transfer.
  • Deleted
    • The capital transfer has been logically deleted.
    • The data for the business operation can no longer be accessed, with the exception of core data.
    • If the release procedure is activated, the deletion of an activated capital transfer is subject to release.
  • Reversed
    • The capital transfer has been reversed.
    • The data for the business operation can no longer be accessed, with the exception of core data.
    • You reverse the capital transfer using the loan reversal function. This is also integrated in the release procedure.
