Definition

Specifies the period in months which a loan needs to spend in a certain status without having been changed before it can be transferred to the next status Actually Completed. The status Actually Completed is a preliminary step before the master data is archived.

Use

You can only define a period for loans that have the following values for the internal level of Financial Assets Management:

• Application Completed
• Contract Offer Completed
• Contract Completed
• Planned Completed

Dependencies

The period you enter here is evaluated in the Automatic Status Transfer report. Once the retention period has expired the report sets the next status Actually Completed.
