Definition
Specifies the percentage rate that the system uses to calculate the limit amount for levying a prepayment penalty, using a base amount.
Use
When the curtailments within a penalty period exceed the limit calculated from the percentage rate and a base amount, the system levies a prepayment penalty.
Dependencies
If you enter a percentage and an absolute value, the system will use the maximum value resulting from the two entries.
