If you select this indicator the system recalculates and checks the processing characteristics once more before processing. The check should prevent errors occurring as a result of processing characteristics being set incorrectly.

Processing characteristics can be determined incorrectly if there are program errors, data inconsistencies, changes made to the data by way of database tools or correction reports, errors in customer reports and so on. In order to recognize and correct such inconsistencies in good time, you need to schedule the processing characteristics report regularly with the process Check Loan Characteristics.
