Definition
Processing characteristics are indicators that provide information about certain elements of a loan contract. This includes information about the disbursement status or the status of capital amounts, about future flows that are not yet posted and the business operations for the loan. This type of information is of interest to loans processing staff who want a quick overview of the loan but it can also be used for Reporting and for targeted selections in certain evaluations and applications.
The information about the processing characteristics for a loan contract is presented by means of the values of the characteristics. The value of a characteristic for a contract can be clearly determined at any time.
