Definition
The system determines the interest on arrears accumulated up to the payment date of the payoff on the basis of the interest on arrears rule specified for the loan, and processes this as a receivable.
Use
Dependencies
When you activate the payoff, the system sets a lock on interest on arrears for the loan to prevent interest from being calculated twice by the automatic interest on arrears run.
