Definition

Displays the date on which the borrower can first exercise his/her legal right to give notice and make a partial or full payoff.

Use

The earliest possible notice date is determined according to the following rules:

  • Based on the date the notice was entered, the system calculates date 1 according to the notice period in months entered in the product settings.
  • Based on the date of the full disbursement, the system calculates date 2 according to the notice lock period and the notice period entered in the product. If the loan is not yet fully disbursed the date of the last disbursement is used in its place.
  • The latest of the two dates is the earliest possible notice date.
