Definition
A distinction is made between internal and external limits. In this case, the external limit includes the external delta of the current interim limit.
The internal limit is normally higher than the external limit, and is the amount which can not be exceeded internally.
In the display list, an exceeded external limit is marked in yellow, and an exceeded internal limit is marked in red.
