Definition

Indicates how the system responds with regard to creating dunning letters in the Loans Management system if correspondence cannot be delivered to a business partner address.

The following responses are possible:

• Print with Address

  The system prints the dunning letter with the address to which the correspondence cannot be delivered.

• Print with Empty Address Field

  The system prints only the name of the business partner in the address field.

• Do Not Print

  The system does not create the dunning letter and writes an error message in the dunning run log. It nevertheless performs all the other activities that form part of the dunning run, such as assigning a new dunning level to the loan.
