Definition
Displays the total deferred payments due from the payer on the payoff payment date.
In the payoff data details you can enter a deferral date, from which you can postpone the payment date for outstanding payments to the payoff payment date.
This covers all planned flows, including condition-based flows, with a payment date on or after the specified deferral date and before the payoff payment date.
This field shows you the balance of the deferred flows in contract currency.
Note
The deferral is free of charge and does not take into account the interest lost by postponing the payment date of the individual flows to the payoff payment date and waiving the interest on arrears, while at the same time adhering to the scheduled repayment settlement of repayment flows.
