Definition
The specified key date "payment", that you need to specify for loan document data archiving, is the calculation date or payment date up to which the incoming payments for loans given (which lead to full clearing of the 'archivable' debit positions and have a calculation date or payment date that is earlier or the same as the specified key date), are also to be included individually in the archiving. This is also the case for loans taken.

The specified key date "payment" must be in the interval between the (actual) specified key date for document data archiving (D_ARC_R) and the day before the execution of the archiving run.
This means that document data with a calculation date after the actual archiving key date, in other words in the residence time, can also be archived. Therefore you need to choose the specified key date "payment" with care since it is no longer possible to reverse the underlying payment transactions without reloading the archived documents. For this reason, the specified key date "payment" needs to be a maximum of one year after the (actual) specified key date for document data archiving, in other words at least one year before the execution date of the document data archiving.
