SAP AG only supports SAPSCRIPT and CORR_TOOL. The other word processing systems are supplied and maintained by partner companies.

Use

• If you want to use the correspondence functions without using the correspondence tool, enter SAPSCRIPT in this field.

  Note

  If you are using CML to process Consumer Loans, the system automatically uses the correspondence tool for correspondence created for product types that are based on the product category Consumer Loan (340), regardless of the entry you make in this field.

• If you would like to use the correspondence functions with the correspondence tool, enter CORR_TOOL in this field.
