Definition

The system creates the reporting file for the credit bureau in Metro 2 Format.

This format is used to summarize and display the information for the reporting file in different segments. The following are examples of the different segments:

• Header segment

  Contains the header data of the reporting file

• Footer segment

  Contains the check totals of the loans reported.

• Base segment

  Contains the data for the loan (such as default status, repayment installment, loan type) and data for the main borrower.

• J2 segment

  Contains data for the additional business partner

• N1 segment

  Contains data about the employer of the main borrower

• L1 segment

  Contains the data that is stored if the loan number is changed.
